People often ask me what Transformed 2 Succeed is. The short answer: it's a training company. We help people build real, in-demand skills in technology, AI, and systems so they can change their careers and their lives.

The full answer goes deeper. Transformed 2 Succeed is my calling. It's how I serve God and God's people.

Where the Passion Comes From

My journey with teaching started in 2003. I was working as IT staff and tutoring first-year computer students. I loved seeing the moment it "clicked" for someone, when confusion turned into confidence.

I kept doing the same thing when I moved to Chicago for my first master's degree. Wherever I went, I found myself helping people learn.

Later, I enrolled in Software Engineering with a clear dream: build a portal for pastors where they could have everything in one place. Sermons, notes, pastoral calls, calendar, Bibles, Bible commentaries, and more. I wanted technology to serve the people who serve God's people.

But life happened. A lot was going on in my life and with my family at the time, and I had to set that dream aside for a season. Even then, I never stopped serving. I kept supporting pastors and churches with technology wherever I could.

Then I went back to IT, this time starting with multi-systems administration across Windows, Linux, and Unix, then moving into DevOps and cloud. I kept going deeper, enrolling in more programs to master DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cloud.

Today, I'm pursuing my PhD in applied agentic AI for regulated environments (For example, healthcare and fintech).

Looking back, I see God's hand in every step. The tutoring, the delayed dream, the long hours learning new systems. None of it was wasted. Every season was preparing me to do what I do now: teach, build, and serve.

I know what it feels like to stand at the bottom of a mountain and think, "This is too hard for me." I also know that one person believing in you can change everything. So I made a promise to myself and to God: whatever I was given, I would pass on.

What "Transformed" Really Means

The name is on purpose. Training gives you information. Transformation changes who you are.

Every skill I have is a gift. I didn't earn my way into it alone. So I see teaching as stewardship. When I help a single parent move into a tech career, a young graduate land their first role, or a professional step into leadership, I'm not just running a business. I'm ministering.

Work and worship are not separate. "Whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto people" (Colossians 3:23). Every class, every mentoring call, every late-night question answered is an act of service.

Serving God's People

God cares about people's whole lives, including their work, their families, and their future. When someone gains a skill that doubles their income, it changes far more than a bank account. It means:
